Shipping Policy – FDA Collectables
FDA Collectables (operated by Harmony Imports Pty Ltd) aims to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding pre-orders, weekends, and public holidays).
Shipping Timeframes
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International:
- Estimated delivery: 7–14+ business days (varies depending on location)
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, the estimated release date will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders will be dispatched as soon as stock is received.
Please note that release dates may change due to supplier or manufacturer delays, which are outside of our control.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to postal carriers such as Australia Post or other shipping providers.
FDA Collectables is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking
All orders include tracking where available. Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed using protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely. However, outer packaging may show minor signs of wear due to handling during transit.
