Refund Policy – FDA Collectables

FDA Collectables (operated by Harmony Imports Pty Ltd) strives to provide high-quality, authentic products to all customers.


Refund Policy Agreement

By making a purchase from FDA Collectables, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy before completing a purchase.


Change of Mind Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we may offer:

  • A store credit (gift card) for the full amount of the purchase, or
  • A refund minus applicable restocking fees of $10 or 10% (whichever is higher)

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Product Condition

All products are sold as described. Sealed products are brand new unless otherwise stated.

Minor wear to outer packaging (such as small dents, tears, or imperfections) may occur during shipping and is not considered a defect.


Authenticity

All products sold by FDA Collectables are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit products.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are non-refundable.

Release dates are estimates and may change due to supplier or manufacturer delays. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, FDA Collectables is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other courier providers.
